Hidden inside is a KNIGHT.

I had fun getting all the pieces out.

Momma and I have been sick this month. I have had my usual ear problem.
Momma has had the flu. She and I are still taking antibiotics. We do not
want to be sick in October.
We have big plans for October. I cannot wait to show pictures of what we are going to do.
I am very excited. We are all very excited. I get to do something I have never done before!

September Eats

Todd and Aimée started back to school in September. Momma, Dad and I celebrated by going to Dixie Crossroads that night. Momma did get them some corn fritters to have after they got home.

Dad had steak and fried Rock Shrimp.

Momma's plate had broiled Rock Shrimp and Steak, but I know she didn't eat the shrimp!
Dad had that for his supper at work the next night.

People come to our town from all over to eat at Dixie Cross Roads.

They say it is because they are famous for their ROCK SHRIMP.

But we all really know it is because they have the

Best Corn Fritters anywhere!

There are never any left........ ever.
